Where We Deliver

We deliver and install real Christmas trees and home dressing exclusively across London and Surrey, with a small number of additional areas available by appointment — see our Areas page for full coverage.

When You'll Receive Your Order

We deliver and dress every day from 22nd November to 24th December. You choose your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout, with a minimum of two days' notice from the date of your order.

What's Included

Every tree and every commission is delivered and dressed entirely by hand, on-site, by our own stylists — nothing arrives pre-decorated, and nothing is left for you to do. A post-season collection is included as standard.

Delivery Cost

Delivery and full on-site styling are included in the price of every order, at no additional cost.

On the Day

You'll receive personal confirmation of your exact appointment time ahead of your scheduled date, and our team will be in direct contact throughout — from the morning of delivery through to the final placement of the last ornament.

Bespoke & Commercial Commissions

For Sur Mesure and Commercial installations, delivery and installation timelines are agreed individually with your dedicated point of contact as part of your quotation.
