About These Terms

These terms govern your use of maisondenoel.com and any order placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Maison de Noël is operated by Maison de Noël Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17423613, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Orders and Pricing

Direct-purchase items (our Signature Trees, Wreaths, Garlands, and fixed-tier Home Styling packages) are priced in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable, and paid in full at checkout. Bespoke commissions (Sur Mesure and Commercial installations) are quoted and confirmed individually following an enquiry, and are payable by deposit and balance as set out in your personal quotation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install exclusively across London and Surrey, with select additional areas available by appointment. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Our Service

Every order, whether a single Signature Tree or a full-residence commission, is attended personally by our team from delivery through to installation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
